Hi Amy, sorry to here about your issue. We do offer an app, CardValet, that allows you to manage your KEMBA debit card including turning it on/ off. Natalie is the Manager of our RISK department that handles fraud issues. Feel free to contact us tomorrow at 317-351-5235 and ask for Natalie or she will try to contact you tomorrow.
