Hi Sherida, thank you for the feedback. The screening you are referring to here is a rental put on by an outside agency. The passes you received from the radio station should have said "first come, first serve" on them. We apologize for the confusion, but do want to make it clear that we have no part in the organization of these types of screenings. We'd encourage you to reach out to the people who put on this event as well as to the radio station you won the passes from.
