I love this review! Yes I am a one-man show because my chef had to have his stomach removed and during so they found cancer ,so I'm so sorry that I'm all by myself and that is such an inconvenience to you! Beyond the scope of that, running a new small business in downtown Seattle is no easy process! I'm not disappointed with any review and I appreciate all feedback. Sometimes, I can absolutely be grouchy as I have to deal with ignorant people sometimes and That is part of the job and that comes with running a restaurant. Also had you taken the time to inquire as to why I am running a restaurant solo then maybe you would have received your answer rather than me having to comment to your two star review. Also, there is a reason I have the reviews I have and that is because of the food and the service. Like I always say you are never going to be able to please everybody as there is always going to be a Karen out there in the world that will never be happy with anything, no matter what you do! Again thank you for your lovely review 🫪

Of course I knew it was only a matter of time before I received a bad review. I put my heart and soul into this restaurant and I am extremely passionate about food and service. Our meatballs are made from New Zealand grass-fed halal beef! It takes me 7 hours to make my meatballs and this is the first time anyone has ever had a complaint. Of course everyone's palette is different and the sweet and sour you are talking about are wild hand picked lingonberries. The only thing that surprises me is when you say it's some of the worst food you've ever had and that it's not very filling, considering most people barely can finish their plate. They usually come in wanting Swedish pancakes after their meatballs and then they can't even get the Swedish pancake because they are so full. I absolutely remember you coming in here and I wish you would have brought this to my attention at the time as we would have been able to rectify this in some way as I treat every customer with professionalism and expertise. Every once in awhile we are going to have someone that is not ever going to be happy, no matter what you do. I guess you are one of those people. By the way it's traditional to serve Swedis

I am sorry that I cannot accommodate a party of five people for one glass of $9 wine even tho your mother was very sweet! Willing paying customers does not mean one glass of wine and obviously none of you have been in this industry! My napkins alone cost more than that glass of wine your lovely mom wanted to purchase! This review is absolutely absurd. Go to a grocery store and purchase yourself some wine for your mom because I'm not the place, Unfortunatey! However thank you for your wonderful review to ruin my business, because I won't accommodate your party of five for a single glass of wine, when I am extremely busy and by myself. Also by the way, even though my restaurant was almost empty if you had paid attention to the tables you would have noticed that they were all full of dirty glassware as being by myself, I had been extremely busy prior and unable to have tables ready. I just read your updated response and I will reiterate once again. This is a restaurant for dining, not a hang out spot for groups of five people to order one single glass of wine and I stand by that! PS we don't sell water!
