Our access hours do differ from our 24 hour customer service support hours. We do extend our hours for new rentals to ensure they are able to get items moved in immediately. Our intention is not to mislead any potential customer. We try to provide as much information as possible to our (hopefully new customers) so you are able to make your decision about a storage facility change. Providing a secure and safe facility for our customers is our top priority and we take theft of any kind very seriously. We stress to all of our customers to keep their gate code and keys to their unit safe guarded at all times. If there is no evidence of forced entry, door damage or walls breached the insurance would of course deny any claim submitted. We are the only facility on the west side of Indianapolis that has the state of the art ILocking System (DoorBoss) on each individual unit to ensure added security. We have security cameras on site and after hours monitoring. We have many layers of security in place to deter unwanted activity. We are constantly seeking additional ways to enhance our property and keep our facility as safe as possible.

Providing a secure storage facility is our top priority and any loss to our customer we take very seriously. There are many different materials used to construct storage facility buildings. We have many layers of security - fenced, gated and key pad entry, cylinder locking system, security cameras, after hours monitoring and our newly installed DOOR BOSS - automated locking system on each unit to ensure that only you (our customer) have access.
