I have lost my business within a 7 days court notice to evict the premises. The building property manager forged my signature and a contract to present in court. I invested more than $60,000 in my business how could I intentionally close my business when I invested that much in it. Put you in my shoe if you can and do this math and tell me what will you do. $18/month/mailbox. 1500 mailboxes. and tell me now the total of expected income per month, per year and the next 10 years. Now this is just the mailbox revenue only not including shipping, packing, printing, U-Haul, DMV, Copying, Faxing, etc. revenue. I was at that same place for 10 years and the intention to stay for another 10 years. Within the same time, I had two surgeries and doctor required of me to state home for 60 days. Not to this mental math now.

All mail were at the USPS on hold until the Postmaster release them to me. So, I have the mail and I will open to the public next week. Yes, I do have problem with my knees which need medical attentions. I was told by my doctor that I will need a knee replacement or go naturel treatment, I choose the naturel treatment which take a lot of time and commitment that I don't have. For the hours of operation, I do have someone open and close the store every weekday from 10 am to 1 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 10 am to 3 pm Tuesday, Thursday. I even post the schedule on my website three weeks before, post a note on the door three week before, and talk to all my client about my medical procedure months before. This report is bogus, and nothing saying in that complaint is true. I Was gone form November 4th, 2020 and came back November 15th 2020 how this is add up to three weeks of not receiving service, and the store was still open while I was gone. I am dealing with medical condition, Coronavirus, employees stealing from me, and renovation/expansion of square footage. All I can Say to this unknown client or person is that I am very sorry for the trouble my medical condition has cause you and your business.

We are a small family business owned and operated, feedback like that hurt our business where we are paying someone to bring business to us, but instead they are destroying our reputation.
