Hello Ontayah I am the owner of Master Tech automotive in Mission Hills for 29 years. My shop manager advised me that you drove into the shop and my shop technicians had just all left for lunch which is one hour. He advised you that if you would wait for them to finish their lunch break they would be more than happy to check your vehicle for your overheating concern. I’m sorry if you were unable to wait for them to finish their lunch but he did advise you that he would check your vehicle. I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding. My shop manager has been an automotive service for 42 years and he would have been more than happy to inspect your vehicle if you had just given him the time. I hope you were able to get your vehicle serviced in a timely manner and had a safe trip. Thank you.
