Hello Amanda, To rent at our facility you must be 21 years of age and have a valid CA ID. I believe Paul tried to help you by looking at what you had. Unfortunatley you did not provide any paper work that had your name and an CA address registered to you. We understand you were in an unfortunate situation and we tried the best to help. It is our policy to have a valid CA ID in order to ensure the safety of our tenants and facility. We have many customers at our facility that have been there for many years. Mr. Gee, I am very sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately because of working with a short staff we are having to do things a little differently due o the covid-19 restrictions. I do hope you understand. Our locks do go on the first when the rent is due and we take them off right away. We operate this way, because we do not have an automated gate system, where you are allowed to enter or not based on the code you punch in.As far as a staff member being rude i am very sorry and that should not have happened. Hello Sam, I am very sorry you had a bad experience. We do close the gates right at 6: 00 P.M. Monday thru Saturday and 4:00 P.M. on Sunday. We do expect our customers to be out in a timely fashion. Unfortunately do the these uncertain times we have been working with a short crew and did have to close up earlier than expected because of an emergency. I am very sorry this happened to you and please stop by the office and speak with me to see if there is something we can do. McKee Road Mini Storage Paul Update Resolution: After discussing the situation with Sam, we came to a resolution. Our facility closes the gates at 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday and 4:00 P.M. on Sunday. There is a charge put in place in order to prevent tenant's from staying past our operating hours. In this case Sam did not stay long enough past our operating hours to constitute a charge.He will be receiving a full refund. Hello David, I am sorry you feel we are not up to your standards. We make everyone sign in the office, because it is important that we know when you are visiting your unit. If we see that you do not sign in on a weekly basis, we do add an additional lock for extra security for your unit. We are very sorry for your experience with us. We do ask all our customers to sign in the office when they are visiting their storage unit. If the management notices that a particular customer has not signed in awhile they do keep an extra lock on the customers unit. Again we do apologize.
