We are sorry that you feel this way. Many people will forget that their membership will auto renew to a month to month membership, unless they notify us ahead of time to cancel the auto renewal. This is also stated on the contract that we emailed to you on the day that you signed up. We can resend your membership agreement or please contact us so that we can further explain the details of your membership.
