That’s simply how gel remover works everywhere these days. Sitting for 30+ minutes soaking isn’t realistic or healthy for your nails, which is why we use professionally tools carefully and safely. We still went out of our way to accommodate your request and even discount your service to $8(ourregular removal is $15). It’s disappointing to see 1 star review after we did our best to meet your expectations.
