I was surprised to read this review especially since your appointment was over 2,5 months ago and I never received a message from you about any concerns. Had you reached out when you first noticed an issue, I would have been happy to discuss it and do my best to help. I always stand behind my work and make every effort to accommodate my clients whenever possible. Unfortunately after such a long period of time I can no longer objectively evaluate the condition of the nails or determine what may have caused the outcome you described.
