Be careful with this client, she is one of the worst clients I have ever seen, she was given a price before the repair and she agreed, when paying she didn't want to pay and started her show, I don't understand how someone wants something for free with that attitude, and you can't give her a guarantee because we didn't repair anything, she just wanted us to put her window up.
