We apologize your experience with us was not as you expected. According to our studio policy gel polish manicures and pedicures are guaranteed for 3 days after your service. If gel starts to lift or chip within first 3 days, we will be more than happy to schedule a free nail repair. Repairs after 3 days are $15 per nail. We believe $15 repair fee is necessary to cover technician’s time and effort. We’re sorry that we couldn’t provide the best service possible for you, as we always strive for 5 star reviews.
