Vehicle malfunctioned after oil change and shop charged for repairs
Business reply on Google
Theresa, I'm sorry you were told that by an auto parts store. They are not technicians. The check engine light came on because of the oil control valve- not the oil change itself. The lack of regular oil changes, or bad oil and age will cause this to happen. Especially when your last oil change was over by 7644 miles. The technician showed you the scored part, and the screen on the valve that was plugged up, which restricts oil. He explained all this to you and you understood. All we did was a simple oil change. Also, to clarify, on Toyota cars, when check engine light comes on, it also puts the traction control light on, that is just the way Toyotas are programmed. Try to stay more regular with the oil changes and it will protect your engine. I hope this clarifies any questions you have, if not, feel free to call us anytime.
Mechanics failed to repair vehicle after charging one thousand dollars.

Manu, that is not at all what was said. You explained that you had spent a ton of money on this car elsewhere and you were selling it. You had an evaporative system leak, and we found 2 parts that failed the technicians smoke test and we replaced them. Both, he and I informed you with this type of system there are over 12 parts that fail and that the light could return again, since the technician said there is a rubber hose that is above the fuel tank that is over 13 yrs old and could be cracking but we would have to drop the fuel tank down (a lot of labor and $) and you said you didn't want to spend anymore money on this car. I simply informed you that Audi's especially 13 yrs old, are expensive to fix and that most other cars are a lot more affordable. I've been doing this for over 28 yrs and we try to advise customers based on what we have seen over the years with repairs on certain vehicles. You are frustrated with that car and I understand, but insulting my technician of 17 yrs isn't fair. Wishing you luck with your next vehicle purchase.

Thank you for your kind words, and please tell Channel 10 and Channel 3 or whomever , that they are more than welcome to come down and investigate our shop. We have absolutely nothing to hide here, and since it has been verified that you are not an actual customer and are simply a friend of Ms Bell and she asked you to write this review which is actually a deceptive thing to do, so look at who the snake in the grass really is.
Employee interfered with a private vehicle purchase for personal gain.

Customer service agent hung up during a request for a bid.

Wow Bryan, you call for a quote to use our equipment on parts you purchased on line and when I tell you a price you don't like you are surprised that we have to charge to pay my mechanics to do something your not able to do w/o the proper equipment, and so you give us a bad review for that? I wish you luck in your search for free labor.
Mechanic performed incorrect repairs and failed to fix the oil leak.

Megan, I called you after hearing your message on our vm to clarify the situation. When you came in for brakes because the calipers had both locked up due to letting the brake pads wear down into the rotors, we inspected the oil leak, but were not able to confirm source due to significant oil all over undercarriage since it had been leaking for a long time. We put dye in system and advised to return in a week to inspect. Your oil level at that time was 2 qts low (as indicated on your invoice), but you couldn't afford to fix it for weeks , and when you returned to replace leaking radiator hoses in mid July , you still weren't able to afford to fix the oil leak along with hoses so you chose the hoses only since you were overheating, it was middle of summer and stated "you'll check the oil level". Radiator hoses only go on one way, and it's impossible to put them on incorrectly, and or lay them on radiator until you called me 3 1/2 mos later. What more than likely happened is that the plastic neck on your radiator cracked due to age (11 yrs, ) it's plastic, and happens often in Arizona. But as we noted on your brake invoice, everything under the hood was still original and you had 172

Scott ummmmm this is a business number that can't text, not a cell phone and we aren't hiring any techs so I'm not sure what business or number your referring to. I think someone is playing a trick on you. But I don't think it was nice to leave a 1 start review for a business when your not a customer and haven't serviced your car here.
The vehicle sold had a faulty transmission and required multiple repairs.
Business reply on Google
Emma I'm sorry to hear all this, this was a complete shock to read this review and a huge surprise to us since you never brought the car back to us for any transmission issues whatsoever after we replaced your radiator which is a completely non related repair. we always offer a warranty on all of our work but you never gave us a chance to inspect it if there were any problems.
The mechanic intentionally damaged old parts to justify unnecessary repairs.
unnecessary services were recommended during an oil change
The vehicle was not repaired correctly and returned in worse condition.
Customer overcharged for repairs that were not performed.
The business charges a diagnostic fee even when repairs are performed.
Business reply on Google
Rachel, although I'm sorry to hear you, and the individual who came into the shop, Cheryl, were disappointed with your visit with us, I think there was some miscommunication. First, we do not work for free -- we are a business. Upon requesting a diagnostic, you implied that you may have some internal failure or need a new transmission. The hour of labor in getting the correct diagnosis would have been free if you chose to get the repairs done with us. However, you chose to take it to AAMCO instead, in which case, we charged for our services. I apologize for any misunderstanding and I hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to show you the quality work that we are known for here. -Dawn DiMarco, Owner
