I do apologize for your experience. We did have some large parties and we did run out of cabbage. When we run out sometimes it is hard to remake things when we are trying to get people's orders out also. We do apologize again.

I am confused. We let you try the chitterlings before you bought them. You complained about all the places you tried so that is why we let you sample it before you bought it. Maybe you will never be satisfied with San Antonio food.

We are no longer on Rittiman rd. We are located on Walzem Rd. We just left the Restaurant at 5:45 pm . If you didn't answer the phone is because we were helping other orders. I do apologize. But our address is 5532 Walzem Rd.
