With any electric vehicle, especially when traveling longer distances, charging does require some advance planning. It is also important to keep in mind that charging stations offer different charging speeds, and not every charger is a fast charger. While there are many fast-charging options throughout and around the Bay Area, they can become less common as you travel farther away. When using a fast charger, charging from approximately 10% to 80% typically takes around 45 minutes. In this particular situation, we also accommodated your request to have the Hummer EV delivered to your location. The drive from San Jose to your location reduced the battery level to approximately 62%, rather than the 80% charge we normally provide. We genuinely regret that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. At the same time, we feel that we made every effort to assist you throughout the trip, including helping you locate the fastest available charging
