We appreciate your feedback, however, our cancellation policy is clearly stated in our membership agreement, which you agreed to when you enrolled your child. This policy requires a 30-day written notice for cancellations. Your cancellation request on December 14th, while received, was unfortunately after the deadline for avoiding the January charge. While we sympathize with your situation, we are unable to waive fees associated with memberships when our cancellation policy has not been followed. We encourage all members to familiarize themselves with our policies to avoid any future misunderstandings. We urge you to review the agreement and consider your role in the current situation. We stand by our established policies and the terms of our agreement. We are committed to applying our policies consistently and fairly to all parties.

We understand your frustration, however, we want to clarify the facts of the situation. Our records indicate that you enrolled your child in our program and agreed to the terms of our membership agreement, which includes a clearly stated 30-day written notice for cancellations. This policy is in place to ensure we can manage class sizes and staffing effectively. Your cancellation request, made in person on December 14th, was received. However, as per the agreement you signed, this request fell within the 30-day window for the following month's billing cycle. Therefore, the January charge of $95 is in accordance with our policy. While we understand your sonβs attendance was limited, we fulfilled our commitment by reserving a space for your child in the classes. As outlined in our policies, tuition is non-refundable, regardless of attendance. We regret any misunderstanding on your part, but we are unable to make exceptions to our established policies. These policies are presented to and agreed upon by all members at the time of registration to ensure transparency and avoid confusion. We encourage all members to thoroughly review these terms before enrolling. We encourage you to revie

Liz, You knew very well what you signed up for. You signed and agreed to the FOUR terms of the agreement. You can't sign and agree to terms then later act like you were not only explained the terms but asked to read, initial and sign that you understand them. We put a lot of work into running a great program. We are 100% up front about our policies. If you choose to ignore them and then blame us for them that is a YOU problem . If you need to SLANDER our business to make yourself justified then God bless you. Here is the exact statement you agreed to at the time of your enrollment since you did NOT want me to send you a copy Just so that everyone who reads this KNOWS who is being deceptive. This agreement is a continuous payment plan, and will continue until buyer terminates agreement. Anna, I'm not sure where the miscommunication is. We do limit our class sizes and keep a strict student teacher ratio in all of our classes and events. As for cancellation it may have been helpful to read and refer back to your agreement that you signed off on and we provided to you a copy of at the time of your enrollment. You were walked through, you read, you initialed and you signed the cancellation policy which states in BOLD : there are 2 ways to cancel. YOU THE BUYER MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT BY SENDING A WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE TO THE CLUB THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT DUE DATE ON THE AGREEMENT. THIS NOTICE MUST BE SENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL OR BY COMING INTO THE CLUB AND FILLING OUT A CANCELLATION FORM. There is no record of you calling to cancel as we notate that in your file if you call indicating we have reviewed the cancellation policy with you and assisted you in getting it done. There is no phone record, text or email from you other than the phone message you left the other day when we were closed. We promptly followed up with you when we returned to the office and at that point reiterated the cancellation policy with you and gave you instructions on how to

Hi Anastasia. Thank you for your feedback. Our coaches go through extensive training that is based on years of research from experts in childhood education and psychology. The My Gym philosophy is, and always has been, to use positive reinforcement, redirection, and if need be, gentle discipline to help the children to be as successful as possible. We understand and appreciate their emotions and individuality, and celebrate it with them. The children are never βjust put in time outβ, however. They are given multiple opportunities to correct their behavior through redirection, and if they refuse to do so, are asked to take a quick break from the fun and return moments later when they are ready to participate. The children are expected to sit in their place and take turns for a portion of class, yes, as the goal is to prepare them for a successful school experience. Iβm sure you noticed that after they do so, they are rewarded with equal opportunity to play and explore with their friends on an unstructured basis. While My Gym may not be a fit for you, we have over 600 members that agree with and appreciate our teaching philosophy.
Staff handled infants inappropriately and prioritized sales over child safety.
