Hi Mrs Teresa, my apologies about being late,i was missing a guy that day,sometimes happens, "TRIP CHARGE" you ask about if the trip charge change because was from Houston tx to Rosenberg tx and I say YES it changes and text you back. It was on the text message I send you,our text FLYER said that to( $69 trip charge houston,...katy,Pearland,Sugarland trip charge is different, we look for the text on your phone and yes it was there ,I WAS GLAD because I was 100% sure I send it! About the "MASK" 😷 ,you request everyone to wear one, But you didn't have one and request you to wear it . for us to start working, I wasn't mocking about that..but on this days of pandemic (covid19) we have to take care each other! Our Rates and trip charges are really fair compare to others and I know we did a good job for the exception of being late , thanyou for you review, working on to be the best, and bad reviews ain't bad it helps us to be better !
