Hello Linda, Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate open communication and opportunity to address your concerns. Prior to the appointment, after a phone call, we sent you a message explaining that we do not offer nail tips or extensions services. Our reception also confirmed this during phone call when your appointment was booked and followed up after in writing. We genuinely sorry that we weren’t able to provide what you expected and that you choose not to stay for your appointment. However, we have reserved 2 hours + for specifically for your visit, and according to our cancellation policy, the reserved appointment fee is still applicable. As a courtesy, we reduced the due by removing the add ons for 30 min “Acrylic removal” ($60)and reserved ombre add on($50). That lowered fee from $230 to $120.
