Hello, we appreciate the opportunities you took to come visit us but regret to hear you did not have a great experience as many of our other patrons. We try to effectively communicate with our clients & accommodate accordingly. We also do our best to keep our environment as clean & neat as possible with routine cleaning duties in between clients. Although, having white porcelain floors may not be so forgiving - especially when you are seated by the door. Thank you for the time you took to write this review.

Hello Yocaira, we apologize for the wait you experienced. Sometimes certain things are unforeseen during a service & we pride ourselves in quality & not rushed work. Although your technician mentioned the wait would be momentary, we understand you had to leave & could not be serviced. Furthermore, your refund was issued the same day, as promised, and as shown in the screenshot we’ve sent you. Thank you for your time.

Quanda, we are sorry to hear that you had some issues after receiving your services and we regret to hear it was not resolved in a timely fashion. We hope that you have sought the proper medical attention (if necessary) during that time as we cannot legally give medical advice. Infections/fungus’ can be caused by numerous factors and may not necessarily have been from the service itself. Health factors such as medicine or underlying conditions can trigger certain reactions in clients. Day to day habits, cleaning chemicals, environmental factors can also contribute to such reactions. Please advise that we use disposable nail kits and implements are properly sanitized, disinfected and sterilized for the safety of our clients.
