I'm sorry to hear that. I was checked the camera that your pedicure is 30min long and that is normal for a regular Pedicure and your manicure appointment at 5:30pm, we going to start your manicure and you decide to leave at 5:30pm. Anyway sorry for your experience.

Sorry about that, but I though we were understand each other because your real nails is so damaged already that why we decided to kip a little bit of acrylic on to protect your nails and I can't do much either because it hurts you and I already ask you before you leave every ok to do that ? And you said ok . Sorry again if I missed understand

I'm sorry to hear that. SNS doesn't come with a Manicure or hand massage, unless you ask for a Manicure separately because it cost extra. We will try better, Thanks.
