Movers intentionally delayed the process to increase billable hours.

Sorry your move took so long Mr. Garcia we did it as fast as allowed due to the circumstances. We had long walks at both locations, we also had to share elevators with other movers. This created a huge time delay of just waiting at the elevators. Again sorry your move took so long but it was beyond our control.
The moving company failed to show up for the scheduled appointment.
Movers caused property damage and lost television hardware during the move.
