Unexpected extra charges added to the final service bill

Hi Hannah, The acrylic gel fill starts at $45 clearly stated in our pricing. Your price went up to $55 ($10 more from base price) because of shaping and cut down/length. Anytime you cut down you have to reshape to get the shape that you want. Anything other than square shape would have to be reshaped, which takes more time thus the extra charge. This is our standard pricing not anything made up to cover our 20% discount for our new/existing clients like you mention. I recommend you ask us prior what your nail will be with the length and shape that you want prior so that you don't feel the pricing went up all of a sudden. Hello Ms. LaDonna Your long regular fullset was $50 and a discount of 20% which brings it down to only $40 that we spend 1.5hrs on trying to polish it perfectly for you. We don't have drying station because most clients don't do regular color any more because it doesn't last as long as others. Sorry for the inconvenience. You also had a pedicure at $38 and also discounted that brings it down to $30.40. Please take your ungrateful 1 star elsewhere so that we have time take care clients that appreciate our hard work.
