Hola Dulce Mariano si puedes venir a la agencia para poder resolver y arreglar. nosotras tenemos 23 anos en ese negocio y nunca he tenido este tipo de inconveniente y nuestro equipo de trabajo se caracteriza por siempre dar mas y ayudar o si me puesdes escribir con tu nombre y apellido para buscar una solucion y pues cuando es por cosas de aseguranza somos como una tercera personas nos regimos por lo que nos dicen los seguro a nosotros.
