For our customers who need help with their move-in, we offer a free truck with a driver for self-loading for a pre-determined fixed time period and a one-time booking fee of $25. Our customers may select their unit from multi-range self-storage units, of various types and sizes, whether in climate-controlled or heated buildings, on ground or upper floors, as well as outdoor. Storage facility is clean, lit, and near highway and public transportation. Free loading/off-loading dock parking is available to all customers at no cost. NYC Mini Storage has been serving the Bronx and New York since 2005!

NYC Mini Storage is customer service oriented, giving prime time and care to our customers and their goods. We use the path of auction only as a very last resort. With that line, we will always give another chance for defaulting customers who promise and commit even at a very last minute to pay their unit's balance. When this happens we will always prioritize our customers and the safety of their goods over an auction buyer, even if it means stopping and reversing an auction. NYC Mini storage customers always come first.

NYC Mini storage strives to advertise that all our promotional rates are temporary, and that they increase to the standard rate at the end of the promotional period. We do not practice bait and switch tactics. Our lease and pricing are on a month by month basis, as is outlined in your contract. This is the prevalent practice across the self-storage industry. Our 30 day advance notice is a courtesy, to give renters enough time to move their items if they choose not to rent beyond the end of the promotion. If you have questions please email us at [email protected]. If you need help moving your items out of storage, we’re happy to refer you to a reputable local moving company.

As far as your uninformed points: - NYC Mini-Storage, is a fully legal business and registered as such. - A storage license is NOT required by law to operate self-storage companies. (Warehouses do need one). - We do offer insurance to all our customers. - Our customer may choose to obtain insurance or to be self-insured, and the options are part of the tenant's lease. - Insurance is offered through SBOA Tenant Insurance - an insurance company specializes in self-storage units insurance. For help or emergency there is are intercoms that connect to the main office, located at the main building on our self storage facility. Thank you Kwame for your wonderful feedback of our great staff. Our 2 storage buildings are located at 863 East 141st Street, the Bronx, 1 block from the Bruckner Expressway, 3 blocks from the 6 train, and 7 minutes drive from the Upper East side, an easy access to all the southern Bronx area and the upper Manhattan residents.
The business closes earlier than the posted schedule.
