I apologies if it wasn't clear enough on how our billing procedures work. I did included this information to you in an email prior to your booking, as well as explained this by phone. I did verify with your moving bill as well, the total time charge was 3 hours, 2 hours for moving 1 hour for drive time which covered the driving to your address, between addresses, and back to my shop from your address. This all checks out on my side
The final moving cost was double the initial quote provided.

Susan, Thank you for your feedback. There was definitely some miscommunication between you and I for this move. The average one bedroom apartment does take between 4 - 5 hours. The driving distance for your move is were all the extra time came in. I apologize for not reaffirming to you that the drive time would add extra time to your bill. I am happy to hear that our movers did a great job getting everything moved safely
