(Real response) While I know this is a tough industry to please everybody within, I was a little surprised by this negative review. In fact, this review has been mentioned a few times by our frequent customers. Your wife had given us permission to perform the additional work that was needed for the repair. I had assured her at that point that we'd finish it within the same day but that it'd take most of the day. I cannot apologize for Seattleโs rush hour, however. We do have a parking lot; in fact we have 2 of them, but at that time between the large amount of cars that were being dropped off and the ones that hadnโt been picked up yet, we simply ran out of space. My service advisor had attempted to walk her to her car but she motioned him away that he was no longer needed. While itโs not ideal to have to do this, we are sometimes forced to. I treat all of our customers, new or returning, with the same amount of respect, regardless of how much money they are spending with us. You are correct in assuming that the out-of-state license plate made a difference, and I should have paid more attention to that, as our local customers would not have bashed us for being located on a busy mai
