We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Why did you not reach out to us. We recently did a major overhaul and our system has had a few glitches as a result. Please reach out to our team today if possible. Our manager Rafael, be more than glad to look into this and fix the problem. Since you paid for the physical upfront it included the cost of the labs and the blood draw. We are not quest, therfore normally we would have nothing to do with charges resulting from being uninsured. Rest assured your problem will be dealt wi Once again I apologize that your experience was not negative until the bill from quest arrived at your door. Please reach out to my staff and ask for thebmanager. He is always avaliable.

That should be taken up with your insurance company not us. We have no control over that. This is not Walmart. If you buy a product and use it you can't expect to get a refund. People think that just because we are doctors we know everything that people do. How long did you have said infection before seeking treatment? How did this happen in the first place? Do you wash your hands regularly? Are you diabetic or do you have any health problems? All of these for example play a significant role in your treatment. And sometimes we just need to try again. So yeah complain to your insurance company. Our doctors care about their patients very much so
staff failed to honor appointments and send prescriptions to the pharmacy
