I'm sorry there has been an issue with your package. Although we print labels for you at a nominal charge, we don't have control over the carriers scanning them into their system. We do everything we can to monitor and secure them when they are in our possession, but not after the carrier picks up. It is not uncommon for carriers to fail to scan packages when they pick up and even when the are sorted in their warehouses. We can try to help find out what happened with the package but, ultimately if we did not buy the shipping, we can't resolve the issue
