While we are unable to control the air traffic and weather, our team works to provide clean and comfortable sites and amenities in a safe and respectful environment for all residents and guests. Management encourages all laundry room users to remain mindful of posted laundry room etiquette, including promptly removing completed loads to ensure machines remain available for others. Our team reviewed the laundry room cameras and do not share your interpretation of ill intent or your timely return. While most of our residents and guests describe their stay as pleasant and peaceful, we recognize that no resort is a perfect fit for everyone. We wish you safe travels and happy camping wherever your path leads next.
The resort lacks reliable wifi and garbage collection services.

Hi Lucas, We're sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, you've placed your review on the Pecan Park RV Community, and not Pecan Park Flea Market. Can you please remove this review and post it to the correct business? (We do not have vendors or corn dogs--but we have some very nice clean facilities. We'd still never recommend for anyone to eat off the floor, though. That's what plates are for.)

We did our best to accommodate your needs, including finding an alternate monthly spot when you asked to extend your stay, continuing on a weekly basis at your request, and providing additional time for payment and removal of the camper. Please contact our office or local police department for more information.

Hi Drew, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased to hear that our friendly staff provided you with a clean and convenient site during your visit. We understand that the first night in any new location is the worst, getting used to the new sounds, and we're sorry that you had a restless night. Though it felt like all night long, the airport does not have planes taking off or landing 24/7. TSA only operates from 4:30am until last flight, usually 11pm. As far as nearby attractions and amenities, the next exit south of the resort is River City Marketplace, the largest shopping complex in northern Jacksonville with over 80 retailers. Also, we provide each guest with a packet featuring things to do while visiting the area. We wish you safe travels and happy camping!
