We are Sorry that you had a bad experience at some other shop ! #1 reasonis we do not install customer suppied part #2 your name doesn't show up in my customer files # we haven't replaced a timing chain in anyones car 8 months , So i would hope you would remove this very bad review because it is clear that phoenix autoworks did not ever work on your vehicle

First Thing Is yes I smoke , But Never in front of my customers ! and Phoenix auto works has no records of giving this Person an estimate or working there car
