Dear valued customer, our price is open and consistently applied on every customer, nothing would charge randomly as you stated. Hopefully you would understand every business has a certain time of operation. Our technician staying overtime for extra 10min after we closing time, just in order to finish your services and she forget to charge the $5 for the multicolor fee, that’s where the misunderstanding started. After 20min past our closing time, we were kindly asking if you can finish drying your nail , your answer was “I payed for extra $5 and I won’t leave without your nail dryer properly. “Even though all the rudeness and disrespectful we still waited inside until you and your son leave and we close the door afterwards. Our security camera recorded everything, if you have any missing detail, you’re very welcome back to check the camera record! thanks for giving us your feedback!

Hi Penelope, we truly apologize for your experience. Thank for being with us for 10 years. In order to avoid misunderstanding, We checked security camera videos on 8/10 Monday from 1-3 pm, it showed you opened door and showed up at 2:07pm. We still offer you $22 since you were a royal costomer, (besides you look great and with good vibe). Our nail design always 2 finger for $5. We provided 20% off design fee alone with happy hour price. We feel very sorry that those gestures and offer can not meet your satisfaction. We’ll working on that.
