Hi Martin, We checked our system and did not see your name in our system. Did you purchase a label from us or was it a dropped off? If it’s a drop off then you need to contact the courier on the label you use. We have no control over stolen packages. Once it is out of our location we are no longer held accountable for it. Besides we are a business and will not do petty business to ruin our reputation. Please reconsider to remove your one star review and contact the courier. If you want to give a bad review give it to the courier you use not us. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages so will not know what happen during the delivery process.
