Hi Erik, if you are comparing our storage service to a public storage kind of service, there is nothing to compared, we are the keepers of you valuables and we are responsible for them, you will not be able to access your belongings without arranging in advance with our office and pay for the labor associated with that. 1 star for only small part of array of services is a little unfair, especially when you knew about the storage terms and conditions in advance. please fee free to contact me at any time for a credit at our office 818-993-8813 Thank you!
