Dear Guest, Your deposit was held because you had tempered with the smoke detector in a non-smoking room, which is against the hotel policy. Incidental deposit is taken for such damages being done to the room.

Hello, We found no sign of roach activity in the room. Also, your friend showed us a picture of the bathroom where we could tell that the bathroom doesn’t belong to our hotel.
