Just a correction to your review: You asked for a quote, and never placed any orders. We quoted based on specs that you provided to us. The specs and quantity changed drastically during the quoting process, so we had to requote so that there were no surprises. I'm not sure how that equates to a 1-star review. If your specs had been the same as what we listed on our original quote, absolutely we would have honored it.
Staff struggled with simple printing requests and charged extra fees.

Hi Ashtin, I'm very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. Whenever we are provided files that aren't set up and ready for printing, we sometimes need to do a fair amount of work to them to make sure you end up with a quality product. In this case, we were provided a JPG file that wasn't proportional to the size you wanted. Our normal minimum charge for file prep is $15. If it'll make you happy, please allow us to resize this at our cost and only charge you for the prints. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
