Hi Timothy, We are incredibly sorry that this was your experience with Rain City Fit. It goes against everything that we stand for. We saw this review come in yesterday and spent most of the day trying to sort out what happened. You came in Sunday evening for a tour with an employee, who showed you all of our Capitol Hill locations. It sounds like you were interested in signing up. The employee texted me and told me to send you the sign up link for the Barbell Clubs and that you seemed excited to join. I was in the midst of cleaning up an event that we were helping to run next door when I opened the text and then, unfortunately, completely forgot to send you the link. 100% my fault and I take accountability for it. We know that coming to a gym can be hard for folks, and we definitely apologize if any of our actions made you feel unwelcome. We try very to hard to make everyone feel welcome and we feel that we have enough variety in our spaces that we can do that. I sincerely apologize for forgetting to send you the email with the sign up link. It was just a result of trying to do many things on a Sunday night and not at all an indication that you weren’t “accepted” to join. Anyone w
