During our conversation, you agreed to bring the vehicle back so we could continue diagnosing and resolve the issue. Later, you informed us that you no longer wanted to bring it back. We also provided a refund and offered several options in an effort to make things right. While we're disappointed we weren't able to complete the process, we respect your decision and wish you the best
