Mr. Lieberman, Let me start by saying that we are on the same page when it comes to bait and switch. As a proprietor of a retail establishment, there is always the opportunity to do the wrong thing in order to try to bring the customer in. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DOES OUR SUPERMARKET ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES LIKE THAT. According to my manager, Jeff, we had chulent available all the way to 11 pm this past Thursday night. I am not quite sure what happened that caused you not to get your chulent, but I'd be very interested in finding out, so as to prevent it from happening to someone else. We do not advertise free chulent for shabbos, just free tasting. I'm not sure if that's the issue. As far as the other local markets, we at Frankel's do our best to be the local kosher supermarket for the Far Rockaway community. Clearly, we need all the support we can get in order to compete in this difficult market. We understand that there might be some good reasons for a customer to shop elsewhere.
