Good Day Stephen, Thank you for taking time to review our service. Although we do not agree that this is an accurate representation of the type of service that we provide, we still appreciate the feedback and will work diligently to better explain issues like this to future customers. While we do service Southeastern PA and New Jersey, our availability in specific areas is dependent on our call volume on a particular day. Ocean County, NJ is just over an hour away from our base and, if we do not have an ambulance in the area, it can become difficult to dispatch an ambulance that far away on such short notice. It’s unfortunate that you were unable to find another transport company closer to your area and that you felt you had no other option than to take your father in your personal vehicle. In the future we will do our best to better explain the circumstances surrounding issues such as this and we wish you and your family the best during this difficult time.
