I am very sorry that this parent doesn’t understand what we are doing, and instead of getting information from her daughter’s coaches she repeats what her daughter tells her which is not what was happening in reality. I am a head coach of the program, and I supervise all my employees , and we have a plan for each lesson , and today’s plan was teaching the kids new skills with a hoop that required us spend time learning it sitting on the floor. And we are teaching our students Our kids are competing nationally and internationally with good results. Like yesterday our aesthetic group gymnastics teams won first places at California State meet. Our coaches are professional. All our coaches have been awarded a title a USA GYMNASTICS COACH of THE YEAR . And this particular student attendsRhythmic XCEL Classes, and at last competitions she did well, which shows that we do our job well.

This is very wrong, and this review is very painful for me personally. I never verbally abused anybody's and especially little kids who I treat as my own grandchildren. Yan wrote me many nice cards and emails praising me as a coach. We never force anybody to take private lessons. It is opposite. Parents want to take so many private lessons that we can't fulfill all their requirements. Mrs Zhuang basically begged us to take her 5 years old to competitive team against coaches suggestions. Her coach and I were trying for 4 months with the girl, and after 4 months her coach told me that it didn't work. I explained it to Mrs. Zhuang that her little one needs to continue in beginner class with kids of her age until May of 2024. She was very angry, telling us that her daughter was much better than half of the girls on the team. Unfortunately, Mrs. Zhuang didn't want to do it. We all miss her daughter very much, but it is what it is. And we are not all about money. We are non profit organization. We are still recovering after pandemic gym closure. I work as a volunteer director. Our coaches agreed to work for salaries that lower than many coaches at other gyms are receiving in order for us

This is very sad that the media becoming a place where anybody can abuse anybody. I don’t have any comments to Mr. Zhang post. It doesn’t make any sense to continue this fight and involve more people. I wish that family all the best.
The weekly classes and camps are of poor quality.

I don’t think this parent has a child in our school . After we investigate the matter, we strongly believe that this review was written by our competitors in business . And actually we don’t run classes in Del Mar .
