Hi Mimi, there may be some confusion with another company. We do accept debit cards as long as the requirements listed on our website are met. We also do not use a call center—Service Rent-A-Car is family owned and operated, and all calls are handled directly by our team.

Hello Oscar, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review however we are not sure what we did not disclose? As a family business we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We told you the total of the rental which you agreed to. Then you had returned the van with a screw in the side wall of a tire (which we offered you to come see the video footage) so the tire had to be replaced. I am not sure to what we "did not disclose" to you. If you have any questions please let me know. 408-292-6351.
