Mechanic lied about necessary repairs to overcharge for wheel bearing replacement.

Business reply on Google

Hi Serene , we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and we take concerns like this very seriously. We’d like to clarify a few important details about your visit. Your vehicle was brought to us after business hours shortly after you had received an oil change and tire rotation at another shop. Since we only had one technician on-site at the time, we performed a quick diagnostic inspection to try and help point you in the right direction. During that inspection, based on the wheel movement observed while the vehicle was on the lift, we believed the wheel bearing may have been failing. At no point did we remove any wheels, loosen or tighten any bolts, or perform any mechanical work on your vehicle. Our inspection was limited to a visual and physical diagnostic only. We would never intentionally create a safety issue or put a customer at risk. We understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must have been, especially after dealing with the shaking issue and transportation costs. Mechanic failed to diagnose overheating issue after multiple expensive, unnecessary…

Business reply on Google

We take every customer concern seriously, which is why we want to address your review clearly. Your vehicle was brought to us multiple times with intermittent overheating issues. Each time, our technicians performed diagnostic procedures based on the symptoms presented and replaced the components that testing and industry-standard troubleshooting indicated could be causing the problem. At no point did we replace parts “just to get the car out of the shop,” as claimed. Overheating issues can be complex, especially when the problem does not consistently present during testing. In your case, the vehicle did not overheat during our diagnostic drives, which made identifying a deeper internal engine issue extremely difficult without additional symptoms. The subsequent finding of a cylinder head problem was not evident during your visits, and the repairs performed were reasonable and appropriate based on the information available at the time. Regarding the refund — this was issued to cover a diagnostic fee as a courtesy, not as an admission of wrongdoing. All parts and services performed were authorized and completed in good faith. While we understand your frustration, our shop followed p

Improper brake booster installation and failure to bleed ABS system.

Business reply on Google

Good Afternoon Luis we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. After talking to our service writer we were informed that this vehicle was not diagnosed here. We were asked to change the Brake Booster and nothing more. After completion of the repair we informed you that you may possibly have a faulty Master Cylinder. This part goes in front of the Brake Booster. After speaking to you on the phone we gladly agreed to check the car over and to re bleed the brakes for you at no extra cost. you were supposed to bring back the car last Saturday 9-6-25 but never showed up. Furthermore the bolts you have shown in the picture are from your old Brake Booster. Those should of been disposed properly we apologize for that.
