Hello Liliana, I think you might have the wrong storage facility. We don't show you as a tenant in our system and something like this has not happened with us at all. I current don't have anyone in collections either. Please call the facility if you still have any concerns and ask for the me. Update - Hello David, The elevator has been fixed and you need your code to access the elevators now. Sorry again for the delay but it was something that was out of our hand and elevator company took a bit longer than expected. Hello David, We are trying to get this fixed and the issue is taking a little longer than expected. We would really appreciate it if you would not share this sensitive issue with everyone. Please call the manger at the office also if you still have concerns. The gates are still access coded and we do have security that walks the grounds at closing also. Thank you!

Hello Theresa, as we already talked about this and explained that sparefoot.com clearly shows the unit at $225/month and it was discounted to $112.50/ month for the special as you stated. Sparefoot has all the details listed right below the special when you book the unit. Its a 3rd party service and then the email you the booking they don't show the details but its all listed on the site when you book. We tried giving you a good rate but you did not want that either. I was waiting for you to change this rating as we had done our best to accommodate you. Sorry for the misunderstanding over the advertising but i hope you will give us another chance in the future.
