Ms Blackmon, my employees serviced you in a professional manner and with professional work. Even though you served a nasty attitude to them from the beginning. I’m guessing that’s why you didn’t post the picture of the nails. However that’s ok because it will be on our social media later. We post and record ALL of our work! However because of you limited time you asked for everything to be done in lesser of 1 hr. That’s an overlay and deluxe pedicure with gel polish. You declined for the overlay during the services. When you were asked about services You ensured that everything was going well. Had there been anything wrong with your services that would have been the time to bring it up.
Technician caused physical pain and applied poor quality nails.
