movers left items behind, damaged art, and overcharged for services

Hey, obviously you are not complaining about the service issue because you don’t have any damages and I guess the price didn’t shock you either. We did a lot to accommodate your move, getting your workers compensation & building insurances ahead of time, you had elevator building to elevator building with an extra stop at the storage. You mixed up your items-you told the guys don’t take the stuff in the corner, then you asked them why they didn’t take it. You came with Uber to destinations, parked a block away and had my guys come over and help you with your stuff. You weren’t organized, but we continued on. You had the cats running all over the apartment and outside- my guys had to chase your cats and bring them back for you. Suck it up buttercup and move on with your life!

Inconsiderate ? You called our offices and screamed at two different ladies…..that everyone in your quiet new neighborhood heard . The crew promptly moved the vehicle as they were unaware it encroached on your unit . Perhaps some therapy and anger management will improve your temper . Your outrageous reaction was totally unacceptable !!!!
Movers caused extensive damage to furniture and electronics during the move.

Hey Jared. We have tried amicably to ask you to remove a review that does not pertain to our company. Our employees work hard to provide good service to OUR customers. You were not OUR customer. Please remove the review or we will take action for defamation of our company!

Worst customer. Understand a virus but we are all humans. I really feel bad for his family. He treated us like trash from start. We arrived delayed (9:34), and it was clearly communicated for the delay. Mandy solved it. We greet as a team with mask on. THEY WONT LET US IN THE PLACE! I had to jump through landscaping to look through windows to do a visual estimate. All the stuff was in trash bags??? I was upfront and honest and he didn't want extra packing. We helped him put his glass table top in his vehicle. I started the contract at 10am as a late start courtesy. Should have been 9:45. Then he tells me he has a storage locker after we start the contract. Its hard to give an estimate when he's playing games. IN THE END It was still a 3 hr minimum!!! With a truck fee, and 60$ to move his stinky trash bags. Their is nothing that I despite more then a cheap bubble head Guru Guru. Go rent a Uhall and do it your self!
movers damaged property and added undisclosed material fees

Afsi...By rude you mean telling you in advance at our arrival at the delivery site that your wall and your dead end door entry are already messed up and appears was previously poorly repaired?! Or by telling you that your 10ft sofa won’t fit without force and if you don’t waive us from liability we will leave it outside?! Thanks for your business, but please don’t come back. Please do tell me on your next move if you manage to move your sofa out. At least we never damaged your sofa. Your plastic frame was already cracked. Don’t take your frustrations out on us just because you had to move to Sacramento...I’m dropping the Mic now.
Movers damaged furniture and failed to provide insurance compensation.

Hey Nick. When you choose to waive additional valuation coverage then your entitled to the standard ‘’0.60 Cents per pound per article’’ We don’t sell insurance policies, ONLY Insurance Companies can do that. We are registered with a couple of them as well should you choose to purchase a policy. Just because you claim a piece is worth $1000...Doesn’t mean you will get that full value. There is a system for claims. You should contact our company for instructions on how to file a claim, where a claim adjuster will assess your damages and go from there. Once a claim is done we will always go the extra mile to make sure you satisfied! I appreciate your business and your feedback . Please call me anytime if you need assistance.
Movers damaged furniture and charged excessive fees for packing materials.

Dear Bryan. I wanted to reach out to you regarding your review and photos for your move that we assisted you with on 4/21/19. I want to address some of your concerns and discuss how the damages could have been prevented. First off, services are different for a labor job such as your situation- loading items into a pod. We do charge for all materials since we are not doing both locations of the loading and unloading. Had you moved with us, we do offer free tape and blanket wraps to protect your items as they’re placed into our trucks. We are entirely responsible for your items during this type of move so we ensure protection of your property. Whereas when items are packed into a pod, lots of things shift and are out of our control as far as how it’s handled after the initial loading. Also, we did everything we could to accommodate your move date which Easter Sunday. We even gave you a rate of a 2 man crew for a 3 man labor crew. The photo of the chair- had you had us do the entire move, again the item would’ve been wrapped with a moving blanket and tape free of charge. If you refused any additional packing materials, unfortunately these things can happen when using pods and freight
Unexpected cash charges for delivery due to truck size constraints.
