Hello sir, you had me order a special order tire because your tire is not worth fixing (has damage on sidewall). We never forced you to anything. You signed an invoice and paid a deposit to order a tire. Then you call and say that I donβt want the tire anymore. I had already advised you that the tire is coming tomorrow and we need a deposit to order it. You agreed to all of that. You changed your mind because you want used tires. I quoted you for a new tire. What part of all of this is shady? If you want return and I will return your money but you are down grading us because you changed your mind. Maybe I should say shady customer!!
