i’m very sorry you feel that way. I’m not sure if the mechanic that you hired after me from doing a diagnoses actually did the job correctly.... so I guess I’m at fault for something that somebody else repaired or replace instead of me 🫡🤦👀🔥 thank you for being a customer, but I’m trying to understand. How does this fall on me? if I was a hairdresser and I told you you needed a perm, but you went to someone else for the perm and they over permed your hair, but it’s my fault because I told you you needed a perm. 🤦 I’m still a little confused on this one, but OK.. thank you for your feedback. If there’s anything I could do to help fix things in the future please let me know.
