Improper timing belt installation caused vehicle breakdown and stranding.

So sorry Greg. The job was done in September, you called in Late November that your car wouldn't start, and you never towed it to us after we asked you to. This was also past the 12000 mile mark for the warranty. We still would have been happy to look at the car for you. However, you decided to just drive cross country and then have issues while in Minnesota (20,000 miles after the job was done) to have a mobile mechanic tell you that we installed the timing belt incorrectly. Unfortunately if the timing was installed improperly we would have known the second we turned the car back on. Again we are sorry for the situation you got yourself into, but this had nothing to do with the work we had done. Also you had come back for work 4 separate times since the timing belt job was done and had no issues timing wise. Thank you for your past business and good luck with wherever your endeavors take you! - Stan
The mechanic was disrespectful and rushed the repair work.

Hi Daniel you made me aware that another mechanic put a fuel pump in your car and it wasn’t done properly I suggested that you take it back to him also you were asking me for advise and I made you aware that I needed to see the car that I couldn’t diagnose over the phone than you hung up on me. Maybe you should’ve used me in the beginning.
Staff member was rude and hung up during a phone call.
