Diane, When you called this morning, you claimed we fixed your air conditioning last year. When we only replaced the air conditioning liquid line two and half years ago. I only charged you $830.00 that time for the liquid line, labor, and we recharged the AC system. You judged me and my work before we even checked your vehicle. The AC System in any vehicle, not only the liquid line does not mean we fixed something broken two and half years ago that we can guarantee the whole system will not break down. You asked me for the free loaner car. I said we don't have a loaner car that is available right now. You changed your voice tone and started complaining. You been to my shop five times in three years, I never recommended any work everytime you stopped by here. Every visit there is a big problem with your 23 year old vehicle. Your Vehicle, had a broken crankshaft pulley, a broken belt tensioner pulley, shredded drive belts to broken front wheel bearing and metal to metal front brakes. You spent almost $3800 with us in three years. You have all your invoices and I have all your vehicle history on files. I always take care of our senior customer's never once have I over charged you. Sara, Let me thank you first for taking the time to write this false review and wasting my time to reply to your false review.You came to us with your mother for an oil change and checking the oil leaks under your car. You said your car was fine and that's not true. Your taillight was damage and broken, your bumper have dents and not fit in correctly. Lots of oil leak under your volkswagen. We checked your car and found the oil cooler and oil filter housing were damage and leaking oil. We showed you and your mother the damge. Your mother asked me to fix your car. I gave you a free loaner car to use until we were finished with repairs to your vehicle. During the repair I replaced your broken taillights for free, So drivers behind you can tell when you are braking or using your flasher. When you came to pickup your car you opened the hood yourself and checked everything we did then you took off. After 10 days you called me saying the steam clean station is trying to open the hood but the hood will not open. I spoke to one of the Employee's at the steam clean station the same Employee that you handed your Cell Phone to, to speak to me. That Employee said he's been trying to open the h
