Regina, guest rooms must be paid for in full at check-in. If the room is unoccupied at scheduled time of checkout, we will clean the room and prepare it for another guests. The room must be paid for before 12 Noon.

We use premium linens that are ultra soft, and our housekeeping staff can always send you extra towels or soap if you should need more during your stay. It sounds like you were looking for additional amenities that we just don't offer here to keep our prices so low. Our staff is always here to help they best way they can, but we just don't have any cooking facilities here.

It is unfortunate that our polices were unacceptable to you, but 7 people in a room is far too many. We only allow a maximum of 2 adults in our rooms. Our policies are posted at the front desk.

I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay Taya. It sounds like your room was missing some items that my staff would have been more than happy to bring to you. We don't have a refrigerator in the rooms because our neighborhood is loaded with great places to eat. No need to bring food with you next time. The TV's we currently have in the room are 32" but we will be upgrading to larger ones soon. As you pointed out though, we do have huge, king size beds!
